Ingredients
2 bagel rolls
2 chicken breasts
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons fromage frais
1 tablespoon mustard
A few salad leaves
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. Meanwhile, mix the fromage frais and mustard in a bowl.
2. Place the chicken breasts on your Kokko and keep an eye on them. Cut the bagel rolls in half and place them on the Kokko.
3. Turn the chicken breasts onto their other side and remove the bagel rolls from the Kokko. You can spread them with the cream cheese/mustard mixture. On top, place the slice of cheddar cheese, the lettuce leaf and the cut-up chicken breast.
Serve hot!
Tip: You can add honey to the fromage frais/mustard mixture if you're a fan of sweet and sour dishes.
