Bagels with smoked bacon

Ingredients

8 slices smoked bacon
4 bagel rolls
4 eggs
200 g mushrooms
12 cl crème fraiche
Butter
Chives


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. Clean your mushrooms under running water and cut into thin slices. Cut the bagels in half and butter them. Beat the eggs into an omelette with the cream and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Pour the beaten eggs over your Kokko and stir regularly to make scrambled eggs. At the same time, cook your slices of smoked bacon and mushrooms, as well as the slices of bagel bread to lightly brown.

3. Lay the bacon, eggs and mushrooms on top of each other and close the bread. Serve hot!
