4 golden or pink lady apples
120g brown sugar
1 lemon juice
80g single cream

Heat-resistant dish
Preparation:
1. Turn on your Kokko and reach an enclosure temperature of 240°C.
2. Cut the tops off the apples and core them, lightly lemony so they don't oxidize.
3. In a frying pan, melt the brown sugar until it becomes caramel, deglaze with the cream and bring back to the boil, cook for 2 minutes and pour the hot caramel into the apples.
4. Leave the apples outside for 10 minutes to allow the caramel to rise in temperature.
5. Place the apples in a heat-resistant dish and place it on the grill of the Kokko.
6. Bake the apples for 20 minutes, until they have wilted, then leave them to stand for 10 minutes to rest and release their juices.
7. Serve warm with a quenelle of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkling of crumble.
