Kokko sea bass with new turnips


Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 5 min - Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 sea bass of 500 gr
New turnips
Olive oil
Lemon
Salt and thyme


Preparation:

1. Put a little olive oil on your preheated Kokko over medium heat and cook the sea bass for 10 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other.

2. Place the sea bass in a covered dish to finish cooking. Meanwhile, dice your turnips and cook them over the Kokko.

3. Season with salt and thyme. Now you're ready to enjoy your dish!

Tip: serve your sea bass with a lemon wedge.
