Ingredients
4 slices of cured ham
3 sheets of brick pastry
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 zucchini
Olive oil

1. Cut your zucchini in 2, then cut lengthways into thin sticks. Cut the cured ham into thin strips.

3. Seal your brick pastry with a little olive oil. Make about fifteen sticks. Brush each one with olive oil.
4. Heat your Kokko over medium heat and arrange your zucchini and cured ham sticks.
5. Brown for 5 minutes on each side. Once cooked, sprinkle with more Parmesan and serve immediately!
