Ingredients:
300 g beef
1 large onion
2 sprigs chives
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 heaped teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon "5 spice" mix
Salt
Olive oil
Material:
Kamado Kokko Little, L or XL
Chamba black clay round platter
Cast-iron plancha hob
or Round cast-iron griddle
or Cast-iron frying pan
Fine stainless steel tongs for gently turning and serving slices of meat
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko over high heat.
2. Cut the meat into thin slices and set aside in a dish.
3. Chop the onion, then the chives, and set these two condiments aside.
4. Sprinkle your meat with soy sauce, sugar, curry powder and "5 spice" mix. Place the onions on the griddle and sauté for 1 minute.
5. Add the meat and cook for 3 minutes, until it browns but does not become tough.
6. Turn off your Kokko while continuing to stir the mixture. Sprinkle with chives and season with salt.
Tip: Serve with roasted peppers !
