Ingredients
300 g beef
1 large onion
2 sprigs chives
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 heaped teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon "5-spice" blend
Salt
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko over high heat.
2. Cut the meat into thin slices and set aside in a bowl.
3. Slice the onion, then the chives, and set these two condiments aside.
4. Sprinkle your meat with soy sauce, sugar, curry powder and "5 spice" mix. Place the onions on the griddle and fry for 1 minute.
5. Add the meat and cook for 3 minutes, until it browns but does not become tough.
6. Turn off your Kokko while continuing to stir the mixture. Sprinkle with chives and season with salt.
Tip: Serve with grilled peppers!
