Ingredients
2 bonito steaks
Flour
6 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Vinegar
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Cook your minced garlic cloves in olive oil and vinegar on your Kokko. Season with salt and pepper. Remove when the cloves become transparent. Set your sauce aside (make sure it doesn't get cold).
2. Roll your steaks in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
3. Cook your bonito in the oiled Kokko for a few minutes on each side and drizzle with sauce. Arrange on plates and enjoy!
4. Tip: serve with potatoes and a small salad of tomatoes, onions and peppers.
