Ingredients
375 g chicken breast
3/4 bowl breadcrumbs
1/3 bowl chopped pistachios
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 bowl flour
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
1. Blend together chicken, breadcrumbs, pistachios, egg, flour, olive oil and spices. You should obtain a thick paste.
2 Then shape your dumplings with the palms of your hands and roll them in the flour.
3. Heat your Kokko over high heat and oil the griddle generously with sunflower oil.
4. Fry your dumplings in the oil, turning regularly. Leave to cook for around 10 minutes. Remove from the griddle and drain on paper towels...
