Brioche perdue with raspberries


Baking time: 4 min - Preparation time: 5 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 slices brioche
2 eggs
25 cl milk
1 sachet vanilla sugar
250 g raspberries
60 g sugar


Preparation:

1. In a pan, whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla sugar. Light your Kokko over medium heat and let it warm up for 2 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, soak your brioche slices in the prepared mixture. Place the slices on the Kokko and brown for 1 minute on each side.

3. On the other side of the Kokko, pour half the sugar, place the raspberries on top and finish with the remaining sugar. The sugar will caramelize the raspberries. Stir regularly for 4 minutes.

4. Serve your brioche perdue with the caramelized raspberries on top. Eat while hot!
