Rabbit skewers with honey and prunes


Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 5 min - Serves 2

Ingredients

2 rabbit fillets
12 pitted prunes
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper


Preparation:

1. Cut your rabbit fillets into cubes.

2. Thread your prunes and rabbit pieces onto 12 skewers.

3. Brush your rabbit pieces with liquid honey. Season with salt and pepper.

4. On your preheated Kokko, cook your skewers over a low heat for around 10 minutes, turning frequently.

5. Serve and enjoy that little taste of vacation!

Tip: To vary the recipe, wrap the prunes in smoked bacon and make mini skewers for aperitifs.
