Crunchy chicken skewers with peanut butter


Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 4 skewers

Ingredients

2 chicken fillets
4 tsp peanut butter
2 tsp honey
1 tsp Viandox or Maggi flavouring
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
A handful of shelled peanuts


Preparation:

1. Coarsely crush the shelled peanuts.

2. Cut chicken into cubes.

3. In a salad bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, viandox, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.

4. Place chicken pieces in marinade and coat.

5. Add peanuts and toss. Marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.

6. Make 4 skewers from the chicken pieces.

7. Grill the skewers for around ten minutes on the Kokko, turning regularly.

Tip: The peanut butter marinade prevents the meat from drying out, so it stays tender.
