Ingredients
2 salmon steaks
2 spring onions
4 rosemary sprigs
Tomatoes confit
Soy sauce
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Cut your salmon steaks into cubes. Place your salmon pieces on the rosemary sprigs with the tomato confit.
2. Soak your skewers in the marinade you've prepared (olive oil, soy sauce and chopped onions). Chill for about four hours.
3. Cook your skewers on the plancha.
4. Enjoy for a sunny aperitif!
