Ingredients
1 kg ground turkey
Breadcrumbs
3 onions
2 eggs
2 tomatoes 3 tablespoons applesauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 hamburger buns
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko to 180°C.
2. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, 1 chopped onion, 2 eggs, applesauce, chili, paprika and salt.
3. Chop the other two onions and slice the tomatoes. Set aside.
4. Shape the ground turkey into 8 balls and flatten them with the palm of your hand to form patties.
5. Place your patties on the stainless steel plancha and cook for 4 minutes on each side. On the other side of your plancha, fry the onions and heat the hamburger buns.
6. Remove all the elements from your plancha and assemble your burgers.
Tip: Slip slices of cheese that you've previously melted onto the hamburger buns for even more flavour!
