Ingredients
300 g frozen squid rings
6 shrimps
1 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 purple onion
1 lemon
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons spices ( sweet pepper, ginger, turmeric, paprika, coriander, cumin)
Preparation:
1. Prepare a marinade by mixing the spices, lemon juice and oil. Add the squid rings and halved shrimp, the peppers cut into strips, and the onion cut into small pieces. Refrigerate for one hour.
2. Preheat your plancha for 5 minutes, drizzle oil over the griddle and cook, stirring frequently.
3. Halfway through cooking, pour the marinade over the Kokko.
4. Enjoy hot on toast or with a green salad!
