Ingredients:
700 g squid
2 yellow lemons
1 shallot, minced
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp Espelette pepper

Preparation:
1. Wash and cut squid tentacles. Chop them with a knife to make them easier to cook, and set aside in a salad bowl.
2. In a bowl, make a marinade by mixing: lemon juice, olive oil, chopped chalotte, Espelette pepper and chopped parsley. Dip the squid into the mixture, stir and cover the bowl with cling film. Marinate for 3 hours, stirring every hour.
3. Preheat your Kokko over high heat. Pour the squid directly onto the griddle with the marinade. Cook for 10 minutes, taking care to turn the squid over to grill each side.
