Ingredients:
20 ml crème fraîche
1 camembert
10 walnuts
Preparation: 1. Cut the camembert crosswise into two pieces;
2. Spread each part with crème fraîche.
3. Crush the walnuts and spread over one part of the Camembert, closing with the second.
4. Place your Camembert in a dish and then in your Kokko.
5. Cold-smoke for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the desired degree of smoking.
6. Take it out of your Kokko and let it breathe for about 10 minutes.
Your Camembert is ready to enjoy!
