Chicken and bacon burger


Cooking time: 30 min - Preparation time: 30 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

6 hamburger buns (see recipe in our recipe section)
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
4 slices bacon
4 slices cheddar
Barbecue sauce
1 large onion


Preparation:


1. Start by slicing the onion into thin strips. Beat the egg in a bowl and place the breadcrumbs on a small plate. Next, cut your chicken fillets lengthways into 2 pieces. Make breaded chicken fillets by dipping them successively in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.

2. Heat your Kokko over high heat. Once your griddle is hot, sear your breaded chicken fillets and cook until golden brown.

3. Arrange the onions on top and let them brown gently. Sear the bacon slices until lightly toasted and crisp.

4 All that's left is to arrange your chicken burgers. Arrange your buns, cut in 2. On the bottom, place a slice of cheddar, a chicken fillet and enjoy!
