Chicken skewers with curry and peppers


Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients:

2 chicken cutlets
1 green bell pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon curry
1 pinch cumin seeds
Salt
Pepper

Material:

Kamado Kokko L or XL
Star-shaped accessory holder
Reversible cast-iron plancha griddle
Chamba black clay salad bowl
Set of 4 skewers
Large stainless steel tongs with rubber handles


Preparation:

1. Cut chicken into large pieces, approx. 2-3 cm wide.

2. Pour olive oil, curry powder, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix. Add the pre-cut chicken pieces to the mixture. Stir until chicken pieces are evenly coated with the mixture and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

4. Alternate the chicken and bell pepper pieces on skewers.

5. Sprinkle the skewers with cumin seeds.

6. Heat the griddle by placing it on the star-shaped support of your Kokko kamado.

7. Place the skewers on the griddle and cook for 15 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even cooking.

Now all you have to do is serve and delight your guests!
