Ingredients:
2 chicken cutlets
1 green bell pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon curry
1 pinch cumin seeds
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into large pieces, about 2 to 3 cm wide.
2. Pour olive oil, curry powder, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix. Add the pre-cut chicken pieces to the mixture. Stir until chicken pieces are evenly coated with the mixture and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
4. Alternate the chicken and bell pepper pieces on skewers.
5. Sprinkle the skewers with cumin seeds.
6. Heat the plancha.
7. Place the skewers on top and cook for 15 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even cooking.
