250 g chicken breast
2 eggs
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove

Breadcrumbs

Preparation:
1. Blend together 250g chicken breast, 1 egg, 1/2 onion and 1 garlic clove. You should obtain a kind of thick paste. Use your hands to make small pucks or dumplings. You can then shape your nuggets as you wish.
2. Prepare your breadcrumbs by arranging the flour, remaining egg and breadcrumbs in 3 different bowls. Dip your nuggets successively into each bowl.
