Chicken skewers with almonds


Cooking time: 7 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Resting time: 1h - Serves 4

Ingredients

500 g chicken breast
100 g slivered almonds
Juice of 2 lemons
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, pepper
Wooden skewers


Preparation:

1. Cut chicken breasts lengthwise into strips.

2. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey and a few chopped almonds in a dish. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Heat your Kokko. Thread the marinated chicken strips onto the skewers.

4. Place the skewers on the Kokko and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally.

5. Serve immediately, sprinkled with whole almonds!

Tip: you can add a few coriander seeds to the marinade!
