Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
300 g Chinese noodles
2 red onions
3 peppers (red, yellow and green)
A bunch of coriander
Sunflower oil
Soy sauce
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Marinate chicken breasts in soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
2. Soak noodles in cold water for 2 minutes, then cook in a pan of boiling water. Add oil to prevent sticking and set aside.
3. In a wok, brown the chicken in a little oil. Gradually add the chopped onions, then the sliced peppers. Keep stirring.
4. Last step: add the noodles.
5. Season and sprinkle with finely chopped coriander.
Tip: Keep stirring so that all the ingredients cook well and the flavors blend.
