2 zucchinis
300g chopped chicken breast
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
Grated Gruyère
Paprika
Preparation:
1. Wash and halve your zucchinis. Hollow them out with a teaspoon, keeping the flesh in a bowl. Then chop the two chicken breasts into fine pieces.
2. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. Place the zucchinis, flesh-side down, facing the griddle. After 5 minutes, turn them over and cook for a further 10 minutes. At the same time, brown the chopped chicken breast and zucchini flesh.
3. Mix the zucchini flesh with the chopped chicken and garnish the hollowed-out zucchini.
4. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and pour a little tomato coulis over the stuffed zucchini!
