Ingredients

8 razor clams
Parsley
Olive oil
1 Lemon
Pepper


Preparation:

1. Cook your knives on your hot, lightly oiled Kokko until they open.

2. Sprinkle with parsley, lemon juice and pepper.

3. Enjoy immediately and piping hot!

Tip: Don't overcook the knife, or it will become rubbery.
