Ingredients
4 slices sandwich bread
2 slices melted cheese
2 slices ham
milk
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. Meanwhile, cut your ham slices in half and dip the slices of sandwich bread in a little milk.
2. Prepare the croque-monsieur by placing a slice of cheese on one slice of sandwich bread and the ham on the other. Put a dab of butter on each side of the croque-monsieur.
3. Brown your croque-monsieur for 2 minutes on each side.
Serve hot!
Tip: You can use other cheeses such as Tomme de Savoie or Cantal to vary the pleasure!
