Ingredients:
2 duck breasts
2 peaches
4 apricots
olive oil
1 tsp thyme
Salt , pepper
Preparation:
1. Wash the fruit. Peel the peaches and cut into slices. Cut the apricots into 2 slices.
2. Oil the Kokko and heat for a few moments.
3. Place the duck breasts skin-side down on the griddle. Place the fruit next to them to brown.
4. Sprinkle the viander and thyme over the fruit and cook for 15 minutes. Remember to remove the fruit before the duck breast, as it requires less cooking time. At the end of cooking, turn the duck breast over and season with salt and pepper.
