Ingredients

2 false fillets, about 400 g each
4 bunches of cherry tomatoes
3 shallots
Salt


Preparation:

1. Heat your Kokko. Meanwhile, peel and dice the shallots. Lightly oil your Kokko and cook the shallots and cherry tomatoes for 10 minutes.

2. Once the griddle is hot, sear the meat. (You can cook the vegetables and meat at the same time on the Kokko). If you like blue meat, sear for 30 seconds only on each side. If you prefer rare meat, cook for 2 minutes on each side. Finally, if you prefer medium-rare, cook for 5 minutes on each side.
