Ingredients
4 large red mullet fillets
1 ripe mango
1 lime
Chives, coriander, dill
Salt, pepper
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Peel and dice or slice the mango. Pour in the lime juice. Add the chopped herbs, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside in the fridge.
2. Light your Kokko and lightly oil it. Cook the fillets for 2 minutes on the skin side and 1 minute on the flesh side. At the end of cooking, pour in a little lime juice.
3. Presentation: Place a small amount of mango salad and a red mullet fillet on a plate. Garnish with a sprig of coriander (or any other herb of your choice).
Tip: You can add tomatoes and peppers to the mango salad.
