Ingredients
1 fat-free pork ribs
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon sweet pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation:
1. Mix all the spices and condiments in a bowl, then dip the pork ribs in or brush them with a brush. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Heat your Kokko over medium heat and sear your ribs. Turn regularly. Cook for 40 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
3. At the end of cooking, add the remaining marinade. Remove the ribs and enjoy!
