Ingredients
4 large slices of fresh foie gras
3 apples (granny smith type)
50 g salted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, pepper
Nutmeg
Parsley
Balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
1. Peel and slice the apples. Season the foie gras to taste.
2. Light the Kokko over high heat. Add the butter, apple slices and foie gras. Allow to brown for one minute on each side.
3. Place the apple slices on the plate, followed by the foie gras. Garnish with parsley or a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Serve hot!
Tip: You can add your favorite spices and herbs for even more flavor.
