Pizza with goat cheese and honey


Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

1. 1 ready-to-use pizza dough
2. 10 cl heavy cream
3. 1 buche of goat's cheese
125g bacon
Liquid honey
Salt
Pepper


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko to 200°C.

2. Roll out the pizza dough and prick it. Spread the crème fraiche evenly over the bottom of the dough.

3. Slice the goat's cheese into 5 mm-thick strips.

4. Arrange the lardons and goat's cheese slices on top. Season with salt and pepper. Add the honey to the goat's cheese slices.

5. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

6. Serve warm.

Tip: Serve with lamb's lettuce leaves.
