Ingredients
1 kg fresh shrimp
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon
1 knob butter
Salt, pepper
Powdered spices: curry, ginger, paprika, coriander, sweet pepper
Optional: tabasco or hot pepper
Preparation:
1. Shell the prawns and place in a large container. Finely chop the garlic and onion and add to the shrimp.
2. Add the oil, spices (about 1 tsp, or more to taste) and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Light your Kokko and butter it. Fry the shrimps, stirring regularly, for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Tip: You can serve these shrimps as an aperitif or as a main course with rice.
