Ingredients
2 tuna steaks
Cracked pepper
For the purée:
6 carrots
2 potatoes
Butter
A large pinch of cumin
10 cloves of coconut milk
Preparation:
1. Prepare the mashed potatoes: boil the peeled and chopped carrots and potatoes in water for around 20 minutes. Then blend with a knob of butter, the cumin and coconut milk.
2. Oil your tuna steaks and roll them in salt and pepper. Cook them on your Kokko for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Serve and enjoy!
