Ingredients
3 zucchinis
2 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch basil
Olive oil
Fleur de sel
Preparation:
1. Preheat your stainless steel plancha over high heat.
2. Wash and slice your zucchinis. Degerm and finely chop your 2 garlic cloves. Chop the basil.
3. Sauté the zucchini slices quickly, stirring frequently. Season lightly with salt.
4. After ten minutes or so, add the garlic and basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for a further 4 minutes and serve hot.
