Ingredients
4 haddock fillets
1 ball Mozzarella
4 slices cured ham
4 teaspoons basil tomanade
Preparation:
1. Cut 4 slices of mozzarella.
2. Place a slice of mozzarella on each fish fillet (on the edge) with a spoonful of tomanade. Roll up the fillets.
3. Wrap a slice of cured ham around each fillet. Secure with a toothpick. On your preheated Kokko, cook your paupiettes for 3 minutes on each side at maximum heat, then reduce the heat and cook your paupiettes, covered with aluminum foil, for a further 4 minutes.
4. Arrange on your plates - it's ready!
