
Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 20 min - Serves 4
Ingredients
4 salmon steaks
1 mango
1 red bell pepper
For the sauce:
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp finely chopped coriander
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and chill.
2. Peel and pit your mango, then cut into strips. Do the same for the bell pepper. Set aside in a cool place.
3. Preheat your Kokko and place your salmon steaks on one side and the mango and bell pepper on the other.
4. Cook the salmon for 5 minutes on each side, spooning sauce over both sides. Sprinkle the mango and bell pepper pieces with the sauce, mix and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
Tip: Serve with jasmine rice.
