1 mango
2 packets vanilla sugar
3 squeezed oranges

Preparation:
1. Prepare the fruit: cut the mango into 4 pieces and squeeze the oranges. Heat your Kokko over medium heat and arrange your mango pieces on top.
2. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and leave to caramelize for a few minutes. Pour the orange juice over the mangoes. The mangoes should start to caramelize. Remove them from the Kokko.
3. After chopping 8 squares of chocolate, add them to the caramelized orange juice on top of the Kokko. This way, it will melt and soak up the taste of the orange caramel.
4. Once melted, remove and pour the chocolate and caramelized orange juice over the reserved mangoes. A delicious dessert for the whole family.
