Mini pork and apple burger


Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 12

Ingredients

12 homemade rolls
150 g Toulouse sausage meat
1 organic apple
1 onion
Salad
Ketchup


Preparation:

1. Prepare 12 homemade rolls. Allow the dough to rest for around 1h30 before baking them for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 220°C.

2. For the filling, cut a peeled apple and the onion into small cubes. Mix them with the sausage meat to form 12 small pork steaks.

3. Cook your steaks on the Kokko for 6/7 minutes, marking each side well. Remove the buns from the oven, cut in half and place on the Kokko for 1 minute to crisp.

4. Spread your buns with a little ketchup, then place your apple pork steak on top.

5. Add a little salad and close your hamburger with the "hat" of the bun.
