Mini burgers


Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 6

Ingredients

12 mini burger buns
12 beef balls
12 slices cheddar cheese
12 slices bacon
2 tomatoes
Green salad

Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko over high heat.

2. Slice the tomatoes and cut the mini burger buns in half.

3. Spread between the beef patties. Place the flattened beef balls and slices of bacon on the Kokko. At the same time, brown the burger bun.

4. Assemble your burgers: still on your Kokko, assemble your burgers as follows: bread, lettuce, beef patty, cheddar cheese, tomato slice, burger bun.

5. Leave on the plancha for a minute to allow the cheddar to melt. Enjoy!
