Ingredients
24 large mussels
1 onion
3 tomatoes
1 glass white wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko over high heat.
2. Peel and chop the onion and tomatoes.
3. Combine the onions with half the glass of white wine and reduce. Place the mussels on the Kokko and pour in the remaining wine until they open. Leave to cool a little, then remove them from their shells.
4 Thread onto skewers, alternating with tomatoes.
Enjoy hot or cold!
Tip: Serve your skewers with a sauce made from the mussel juice and a little saffron, heated with a spoonful of cream. You can vary the sauce by cooking the mussels with curry, for example.
