Mustard rabbit


Cooking time: 45 min - Preparation time: 2:0 h - Serves 6

Ingredients

For the marinade:

Olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 shallots, chopped
Marjoram
Old-fashioned mustard
Oregano, thyme, salt and pepper


To prepare:

1 large farm rabbit, cut into 6 pieces
100 g smoked country bacon
1 glass dry white wine
1 garlic clove
1 onion


Preparation:

1. Make your own marinade by mixing the ingredients. Place the rabbit pieces in the marinade and let stand for about 2 hours.

2. Heat your Kokko, then add a little olive oil. Sear the rabbit pieces until they turn color, then remove and rest.

3. Add the onions, bacon and garlic. Deglaze with the white wine to loosen the juices. Slightly lower the intensity of your Kokko's flames, and add the rabbit pieces. Baste regularly with the remaining marinade. Cook on the Kokko for around 35 min, turning the pieces regularly.

4. Season with salt and pepper and serve!
