Cooking time: 10 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 4

Ingredients

8 nice slices of smoked bacon
4 eggs
200 g fresh button mushrooms
4 sausages
4 slices of sliced bread
1 tin of white beans with tomato sauce
Salt, pepper


Preparation:

1. Clean your button mushrooms under running water and cut diagonally into slices of sliced bread.



2. Preheat the Kokko over high heat. Place the kidney beans, slices of smoked bacon and sausages on one side.



3. On the other, over a low heat, crack your eggs, place the mushrooms and your slices of sliced bread so that they are golden brown. After two minutes, you can turn them over.

Cooking eggs... on the barbecue!


4. Place the red beans and button mushrooms on the plate. Then the eggs and meat: smoked bacon and sausages. Season to taste.


Serve hot!

Tip: You can add your favorite spices and herbs for even more flavor.
