Ingredients
20 small chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp. poultry spices
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Prepare marinade: In a bowl, pour olive oil, wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, poultry spices and crushed garlic clove. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Once ready, dip the chicken drumsticks in the mixture and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
3. After two hours, preheat your Kokko over a low heat.
4. Place the drumsticks on your Kokko and cook for fifteen minutes, turning them halfway through. You can pour a little of the marinade over the drumsticks during cooking to give them more flavor.
5. Once golden brown, remove them from your plancha and enjoy them hot.
Tip: To keep their tender flesh and prevent them from drying out too much, you can cover them with a sheet of aluminum foil during cooking.
