Ingredients
8 pineapple slices
1 tsp ginger powder
Powdered sugar
Roasted pistachio slivers
Vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
1. Pour a little sugar onto a plate and wrap the pineapple slices in a thin layer of sugar.
2. Pour a little sugar onto the hot Kooko and wait for it to start caramelizing. Place the pineapple slices in the caramelized sugar.
3. Sprinkle with powdered ginger and leave to caramelize on both sides.
4. Place 2 slices on each plate, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with a few pistachio slivers.
Tip: You can replace the ginger with four-spice mix or cinnamon.
