Ingredients
1 pizza dough
5 thick slices of smoked salmon
20 cl heavy cream
1 lemon, squeezed
Grated Emmental cheese
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Mix the crème fraiche and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Spread this mixture over the pizza dough.
2. Arrange the slices of smoked salmon over the pizza and sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese.
3. Heat your Kokko to 250°C with the ceramic stone. Place in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your preference, and enjoy!
