Pizza with bacon, mozzarella and arugula


Ingredients:

1 pizza dough
Tomato sauce
4 slices of bacon (or cured ham)
1 ball of mozzarella
Rocket
Basilica


Recipe:

1 - Roll out your pizza dough and spread with tomato sauce. Add slices of bacon cut in 2 and slices of mozzarella.

2 - Sprinkle with basil and arrange a few arugula leaves.

3 - Light the Kokko and place the ceramic stone on top to heat up. Once the Kokko reaches 250°C, place the pizza in the oven for 5 minutes.

4 - When the crust is golden, remove from the Kokko and enjoy! Bon appétit!
