Ingredients
3 red peppers
1 onion
150 g shrimp
Mushrooms
Lemon
Preparation:
1. Wash and chop the peppers and mushrooms, then remove the heads from the shrimps
2. Preheat your Kokko over high heat, then add the peppers, onion and mushrooms. Stir regularly.
3. After 10 minutes, place the shrimps on the Kokko. Heat for a further 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with the juice of a lemon.
Serve hot!
