Ingredients
8 small new potatoes
4 slices of bacon
4 tablespoons crème fraîche
2 tablespoons tarragon
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Poach your potatoes in a pan of salted water for 5-10 minutes.
2. Then cut them in half and wrap each piece with a small slice of bacon. Thread the rolled potatoes onto skewers.
3. On your preheated Kokko, cook each side over high heat for 4 minutes.
4. while waiting for the potatoes to finish cooking, prepare a tarragon sauce: mix together the cream, herbs and lemon juice, and season to taste.
