Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts 150 g each
2 liquid yogurts
3 yellow lemons
12 fresh figs
2 tablespoon(s) peanut oil
50 g butter
6 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds
sweet mustard
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Squeeze the lemons.
2 . Mix the juice of two lemons with the yoghurts and two tablespoons of mustard in a shallow dish. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Marinate the chicken breasts for 30 min. Meanwhile, wipe the figs with a damp cloth. Cut into flower shapes. Set aside in a frying pan.
4 Drain the chicken breasts. Sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice. Score the edges.
5. On the plancha, brown the chicken cutlets for about 2 min. on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Sprinkle with half the sesame seeds. Return them to the hot griddle for 3 min. Repeat for the other side.
7. Heat the figs in the melted butter over a low heat for approx. 5 min.
8. Place a golden sesame chicken cutlet on each plate, surrounded by two figs browned in butter.
