Ingredients
400 g chicken cutlets
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oil
Juice of one lemon
75 g plain yoghurt
Preparation:
1. Mix the spices, yoghurt, crushed garlic, oil and lemon juice in a dish.
2. Cut the chicken cutlets into small cubes.
3. Soak the chicken cubes in the mixture. Leave to marinate overnight.
4. Light your Kokko. Use the cubes to make skewers. Brown for a few minutes on each side.
5. Serve hot.
Tip: You can enjoy these skewers with a yoghurt sauce: pour some Greek yoghurt into a bowl, add your favorite spices and herbs, the juice of half a lemon, and you're ready to go!
