Ingredients
500 g shrimp
500g squid
3 cloves garlic
1 glass white wine v1 heaped teaspoon tomato paste
Cayenne pepper
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko over a low heat.
2. Meanwhile, peel the prawns and chop the garlic cloves.
3. Sauté the garlic cloves in your Kokko. After a few minutes, add the shrimps and squid to brown.
4. Pour in the white wine, the teaspoon of tomato paste, the cayenne pepper and simmer for ten minutes. Serve hot.
Tip: You can replace the squid with scallops.
